Tracy Garrison
Chief Executive Officer
A chemist by trade, Tracy Garrison currently serves as Chief Executive Officer of Geon Performance Solutions. In this role, Tracy is responsible for developing and executing Geon's strategy to advance performance polymer solutions across a broad range of markets, overseeing 15 world-class manufacturing plants and a global workforce of 1,200. Recognized for his ability to hone in on strategic growth opportunities, he has established Geon as a strong global player with a focus on customer success. Through numerous acquisitions to diversify the company's portfolio, including the addition of Foster Corporation, he’s helped to significantly strengthen Geon's position in the high-growth healthcare and medical device industry. Prior to joining Geon, Tracy served as president and CEO of HEXPOL Compounding, and previously held leadership positions at Excel Polymers, Thona Group, and Rhenie Chemie.
Larry Acquarulo
President and Head of Strategy, Geon Medical
A renowned figure in the medical polymer industry, Larry Acquarulo founded Foster Corporation in 1989, establishing it as a leader in medical-grade polymer compounding and functionalization and the go-to partner for medical material solutions. Now a part of Geon, Larry brings his deep industry knowledge and expertise to forge new solutions across the organization. His many accomplishments include six U.S. and international patents in the field of nano composites, cross-linkable, lubricated, and drug-filled polymers for medical device and industrial use, and publishing more than a dozen technical papers in leading journals. Under his leadership, Foster became a world leader in biomedical polymer compounding, earning prestigious recognition such as the Deloitte Technology Fast 500 and the Marcum Tech Top 40 awards multiple times.
Matthew Losi
Chief Financial Officer
Matthew Losi serves as the Chief Financial Officer, overseeing all accounting, treasury, finance, IT and business intelligence functions. Matthew is a results-driven professional who has held various roles at both Geon and its predecessor company PolyOne since 2011, including Vice President of Integrated Supply Chain and Senior Director of Financial Planning & Analysis. He is recognized as a highly effective problem solver and communicator with a focus on proactive decision-making and value creation.
Janice Worden
Chief Operating Officer
Janice Worden serves as the Chief Operating Officer, leading global operations and driving the company's strategic vision and operational excellence. She is a seasoned operations executive with more than 20 years of experience developing and implementing efficient operations and cost-effective systems to achieve current and future business goals. Before joining Geon in 2023, Janice held significant executive and director roles, notably as the Global Operations & Technology CoE Director at ADM, and Operations Director at BASF, following an extensive career with Dow Performance Silicones.
Arthur Adams
Chief Commercial Officer
Arthur Adams serves as the Chief Commercial Officer, responsible for driving business growth, strategy, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and profit and loss ownership. He is an accomplished executive with more than 20 years of experience in the plastics and chemicals industries, known for using exceptional analytical skills to make data-driven decisions. Arthur joined Geon in 2025, following more than five years as the Executive Vice President of Sales for North America at Fuchs Lubricants Co. He is recognized as a motivational leader and change agent committed to developing cross-functional teams and delivering results.
Jérôme Beguerie
Chief Human Resources Officer
Jérôme Beguerie serves as the Chief Human Resources Officer, where he is responsible for leading HR strategy and operations to drive organizational change and sustainable cultural transformations. Since joining Geon in 2020, he has demonstrated agility with a passion for empowering grassroots, self-organized movements. Prior to his current role, Jérôme spent two years as the Vice President of Human Resources at Chart Industries, and previously held various senior-level positions over an eight-year tenure at Dresser-Rand-Siemens.
Gary Connelly
Senior Vice President, General Counsel, Secretary
As Senior Vice President, General Counsel, and Secretary, Gary Connelly leads the legal and compliance functions for the global organization. A versatile generalist attorney with more than 20 years of experience as a corporate executive, he manages complex legal issues, including contracts, M&A, intellectual property, corporate governance, litigation, risk management, and product compliance, all to support growth and manage risk. Gary joined Geon in 2020, following four years as General Counsel at Vitamix Corporation, nine years as Senior Counsel at Eaton Corporation, and an eight-year tenure at a Pittsburgh law firm.
Jean-Francois Morizur
Vice President, Technology
Jean-Francois Morizur serves as the Vice President, Technology, where he sets the technology vision and transforms research and development into an agile innovation engine to accelerate launches and fuel business growth. He brings more than 20 years of global impact in the chemical industry, with a track record for change leadership and 50+ patents on breakthrough inventions. Jean-Francois joined Geon in 2022. His prior experience includes five years at Imerys as Science & Technology Vice President and Director, and nearly a decade at SABIC (Saudi Arabia Basic Industries Corporation), a global leader in petrochemicals and specialty plastics.
